Teen and Parent Rules

This statement must be read at every meeting.

TEEN RULES

1. No drugs or alcohol...in you, on you, or acting "as if" you are under the influence.

2. No gang attire.

3. No gossiping.

4. No vandalism or tagging. Respect the property of others and of the facility.

5. No smoking in the group at any time.

6. No cross-talking during group.

7. No weapons of any kind.

8. No violence or threats of.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY: What is said and heard in group stays within the group. The counselor must report self-destructive behavior, homicidal behavior, suicidal thoughts, and physical or sexual abuse.

10. Teens are responsible for the setup and cleanup of the room.

11. Come to group on time.

12. No food, drinks, or gum during group.

13. Any other behavior deemed not appropriate by the counselor will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

ANY FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES CAN AND

WILL RESULT IN SUSPENSION AND/OR TERMINATION

FROM GROUP AND ALL ACTIVITIES.

PARENT RULES

1. Parent(s) need to come to group clean and sober.

2 . Parent(s) cannot throw their child(ren) out of the house.

3. Abuse of any kind, needs to be reported to the proper authorities.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY: What ever is said in here, must stay in here.

5. Treat each other with respect.

ANY FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES CAN AND

WILL RESULT IN SUSPENSION AND/OR TERMINATION
